If someone who is literally among the 0.001% of players can still be delusional about the thing he is literally best at - aiming, then maybe people need to realize that placebo can be strong as fuck, and you need to use objective evidence to support your claim, rather than subjective experiences which obviously can be very off. Please read the rules. The point is that your experiences can be deceiving and that definitely shouldn't be your only argument when you are arguing with someone. Like I said I don't know who's right and who's wrong. Placebo is just way too strong of a drug. However just because you think you experienced something, doesn't mean you actually did. No one can tell you what you think your experience was like. It took a few of us showing him different scenarios and forcing him to try it with the setting on and off Then after a while and some different ways to prove him he was wrong, he finally saw the light. At first he was even trying to argue the objective results after I showed him that there's 0 difference. He lowered his mouse by an insane bunch and was still claiming it was too fast compared to before.

He never played valorant with mouse accel and was just full on placebo for over an hour.

Regardless if you have raw input on in the game, valorant never took your windows settings into consideration. Mouse accel literally didn't work in Valorant. I jumped into valorant because I wanted to screen share him me fast swiping with and without mouse accel to show him how it's obviously going to move more with mouse accel. At that point I was furious because he was making 0 sense and refusing to be logical. He actually played better with the setting on(as he was streaming for us in discord). He was even turning it on and off and saying how with on he was playing much better and was much more comfortable but wanted to learn to play "the right way" because accel is objectively less consistent. He sent me a youtube video which talked about this and had a lot of comments saying the same thing. You need to google what mouse accel does because I see it and I can tell you my swipes are just as fast as with mouse accel but everything else is way too fast". I explained that's not how mouse accel works and he argued with me for over 20 minutes with basically "I know what I'm seeing, I know how my game has been.

I was confused because he was claiming that only his small movements were affected but his fast swipes were the same. He was on his 3rd sensitivity lowering in valorant because "it's way too fast now that I removed the acceleration". I came into the discord call 1 hour after he found this out and he was having a mental crysis. A friend who was fucking challenger or whatever the last rank in valorant is, realized he has acceleration on in windows. You can have experiences where you are convinced that something is 100% one way, only to then find out it objectively wasn't. No one is disagreeing that you think you experienced the pads the way you are describing. It's a long post, but it's going to be worth the read. Experiences can be wrong because they are subjective". I just wanted to share a story to show you why "just because you feel a certain way, it doesn't automatically make your opinion correct. Haven't used any of these pads and I don't really care who is actually correct in this disagreement.
